The ladies seemed nice and the cookies were awesome! My first time eating insomnia cookies!

I just stopped at this location to make a purchase. The young African American lady was on her personal cell phone. She didn't acknowledge my husband and I. However, the killer part, wait for it, after she walked to the back talking on the phone and then came back to the front of the store, I mistakenly thought she was ready to take my order. My bad, she actually put her finger up to indicate she was on the phone talking, and I - the customer in front of her- should wait. Go figure. Anyway my husband and I left without making a purchase. Deuces we will be going up North. If you are able to make a purchase at this location, please let me know.

Not to many non chocolate options. The place was very small, not a place to sit with friends. Peanut butter cookies were delicious! Wish they had more drink options.

That peanut butter chocolate chip cookie deluxe with cookies and cream ice cream will have you wanting to forget about a diet. The cookies melt in you mouth! #whatdiet

The cookies are always amazing. The customer service needs to be much better. There were 4 employees and no one greeted us as we entered. One just stood in at the register.

Very delicious cookies. On the expensive side, but worth it. Would have been a 5, but if stopping in, you never know what will be available and there is probably a wait.

NO STARS Actually. Terrible service from Hyde Park, and less than competent follow-up. Due to a car accident (unfortunate) Hyde Park had no delivery one night, I asked for delivery the next night but delivery service still...so NO COOKIES. I then asked the service call center rep to return my money via my charge card, I called today to check and the rep said she would submit the refund request TODAY —- 2 days after I asked there was no record of my refund request ... and of course NO COOKIES. (PS I had ordered cookies for a neighbor’s birthday celebration surprise snack.) TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED —- never again Hyde Park, and still looking for my money!!!!!!!!!!

Cookies and ice cream have happy energy...the cashier...has mad and sad energy...it’s depressing 🙄 won’t be back

I had been here before and got a cookie and it was omg amazing. I got a cookie cake this time and it wasnt warm but it was good. They warmed it up for me and I ate some of it there and bought some milk. The cookie was soft! The price for the cookie was way cheaper than most places. This is my favorite cookie place!

Been there a few times and always tastes amazing. Just wish they delivered to more than just Hyde Park (I know they’re being selective for safety reasons, but that’s why you contract with a company like Uber Eats).
