Insomnia Cookies

Maybe it's the fact that I am 9 months pregnant but.....DELICIOUS. I did go into the store though so I didn't experience their delivery services.

Overpriced. 10 dollars for six tiny cookies that probably cost 10 cents to make? It's not like they are particularly unique or well made. There are only like 5 different cookies to choose from and they are all the usual chocolate chip or peanut butter kind that you could literally find anywhere, and mine were undercooked. I won't be back for the price alone. Do yourself a favor and just buy a tube of cookie dough from the grocery store. Save 8 bucks and get 5 times the amount of cookies that taste just as good, if not better.

Insomnia cookies are really good. This particular location isn’t the best. Lackadaisical staff, small store, and subpar presentation. The cashier grabbed the cookies off a baking tray with his bare hands (after using the cash register) and threw them in a bag, breaking them in the process. Also, Insomnia Cookies are a bit pricey for what they are.

I would rate the cookies 5 stars and the customer service 3 stars

Open very late ... cookies are good

The melt in your mouth freshness has you wanting more. Fast service and they're open late so it's convenient.

Walked in and the woman at the register was irritated that we came in. She mumbled that they were out of several cookies. While we were deciding what to order, she stormed off. No problem! We walked right out the front door and went to Georgetown Cupcakes. The long line moved quickly and the service was friendly and efficient. An all around great experience. The Insomnia cookies experience was a nightmare!

I have been to two other insomnia locations , philly and the old Dominion University location. First there was no one at the register when we walked in, unprofessional, unwelcoming and unsafe (for the employee), the place didn't Smell like cookies ( both other locations do) and the young lady attitude was okay. She greeted us and quickly walked to the back and asked us to "speak loudly" so she could get the cookies. Then the cookies were burnt but they were still good!!! Overall, Being at two other locations, I think this one could do a little better. Thankfully I only drive 20 minutes or so to get the cookies .....

This was amazing they delivered them right to my door on time and the best thing was they were still warm!! Definetly go check this place out!!

One of the worst cookie delivery services available. You will be lucky if they even show up and when they do the cookies suck anyway and are expensive. Go to baked instead because not only will they show up the cookies are actually good.

Recently ordered cookies for pick up. I love insomnia cookies and just as always, they were delicious this time around. When I got there, the sign on the door said to knock so that someone would open the door and give you the cookies. As per the sign, I knocked for about ten minutes and finally the girl answered. She literally opened the door and stood there. Didn't greet me, and was EXTREMELY RUDE but asking 'do you have a name?' when I said I was here for pick up. I feel like a simply hi would suffice. Never going back to this location, ever again.

Despite all the negative reviews, I placed an order (this morning) for a surprise gift for my husband’s birthday. They arrived 15 minutes early with warm cookies and a pint of ice cream. My husband was thrilled! Thank you for the great service! We’ll definitely be repeat customers.

I walked in on a whim! I had the large chocolate chip peanut butter cookie.I ate the entire thing and loved every second...it was all a cookie should be an more !!! Thank you insomnia Cookie
