Infinity Athletics Health Cafe

A fitness studio and healthy cafe for EVERYONE!! I enjoy working out here with my baby near me, the owner is very flexible and so is the boxing trainer! People come in with kids or dogs, the atmosphere here is so friendly and welcoming! You see people who are super athletic train here but at the same time elderly people with walker can find a perfect program for themselves too! I have pelvic floor dysfunction and myofascial pain that causes neuropathy when it flares up. Cory has been immensely helpful working with me to meet my goals. He individualizes a plan for each class and adjusts it as needed if a muscle or nerve is flared up. I tried one gym before infinity and the guy pushed me too hard and didn’t listen, causing a lot of unnecessary pain. Cory has never done that. Great place with great trainers that work with all fitness levels and health issues!

Cory has been very helpful improving my flexibility and mobility this past year. He has a strong knowledge on physiology so he knows how to deal specifically with your unique physical limitations....Love the new space and the delicious, healthy smoothies!
