Indulge Exquisite Drink and Dessert Bar

Portifinos has been around forever. Elizabeth now owns it. Always had a good experience there. They are able to accommodate those with celiac disease which is nice for those people (never tried their gluten free offerings). It’s a solid and consistent Italian restaurant the food is very good as for service I mostly sit at the bar and no problems there but I can’t speak for a sit down experience. They are good for parties as well.

My mother and I dined here tonight (two senior ladies) for the first time based on a friend’s recommendation and Elizabeth’s did not disappoint. Lovely decor, friendly staff and a fantastic menu greeted us as well as the best Italian bread I ever had and a beautiful, plump head of roasted garlic to start! We shared one meal and two generous appetizers (at reasonable prices for a fine dining establishment) and we were stuffed. Our lovely waitress was very attentive and ended our perfect meal with generous shots of homemade limoncello, on the house! If I had to find a negative, this gem is tucked in a strip mall of sorts and we had to call to verify directions, as Google maps took us to the wrong location.We had a truly delightful evening, so much so, that my mother purchased a gift certificate for a friend, as we were that impressed. Don’t hesitate to take a chance on this wonderful eatery.
