The food is deliciousI discovered this Inday last night on my way to the subway station. Tried the curry chicken.Tonight ordered the curry chicken and miso salmon. Will recommend to all my friends. Excellent food, great service and they are very accommodating. Also the background music does not drown out conversation. Yay

Walking to my office the interior of the quaint lunch spot immediately caught my eye. I walked straight over to the menu, it simple, affordable, yet intriguing. I choose the curried cauliflower with basmati rice. This spot isn’t the usual bowl place. The menu is set but per request, it’s customizable. Food was amazing and dynamic!

Wow! Never realized Inday got so good. Amazing flavors on a high satisfaction bowl. Fair pricing and the mint chutney on every table. The place is done up super cute and chic. Loved it...

I discovered this place a few years ago. I am not sure if I can call them Poke Bowls but to me, they are Poke Bowls. My husband and I love Poke Bowls. In our opinions, Inday offers the most delicious and healthy Poke Bowls. A few years ago when Poke Bowl’s ideas were very new to me. Sharon at Inday patiently explained everything clearly to me. I appreciate her passion and kindness very much. She makes my every visit pleasant. I am always very happy to see her. Inday always has new, interesting and delicious menu. I can tell they put in their hearts to combine the food ideas! Thank you for doing that!

Tasty food, good prices. Nice mix of meat & vegan items. Gluten-free, but I go all the time with friends who do not have allergies, and they love it. Only complaint is they often mess up custom orders. Overall a good addition to the Grand Central area.

The food was delicious very light, I had the turkey meatballs I’m not sure if they’re supposed to be pink but overall not bad. I wish you could choose what you want on your own if you’re trying it out for the first time, I feel like talking to someone holding a tablet when the line is long is kind of overwhelming, but I guess now I know what I’m getting next time. I’m glad I went in today.

quick lunch with good quality

Casual healthy lunch during your work week. This place is fast and fantastic. I love the chicken curry but it's all super good. INDAY is a fresh take on Indian food that won't lull you to sleep after lunch. Faster line than Naya!

I really like the food here. It's a good mix of healthy and sumptuous
