This was my first time at this burger chain, they have a very very simple menu. I had their double Cheeseburger combo, their burgers are amazingly good. I loved the burger but I didn't think their fries were too good.

Driving up to the window ams watching them cook burgers in the kitchen is awesome! I have only been through the drive thru of In-N-Out.I was confused at first when they asked me if I was going to eat in the car, I wasnt expecting that as a option but it's a really nice touch.They give you a paper Matt and put your burger and fries on a paper tray so you can easily have access to your burger and fries on the middle of your console while you eat.In my case I'll park behind Panera bread and make everyone in the drive thru go mad that I'm eating a super juicy and amazing animal style burger!Animal style? Cow burger?!? Yes, sort of...Animal style is grilled onions with their house spread on the burger and I only just realized today they had animal fries which is fries with their house spread with grilled onions and cheese!! Life complete... since Whataburger sold out to the (Russians of chicago) joking... calm your horses we are in Texas after all.

The burgers are good and the meat is fresh. I think they should have call in orders for those who work in the shopping center with 30 minute lunches. Because it's always crowded and 5 or 10 minutes for call in isn't going make the burger not fresh...

Always a great experience here. Clean and courteous. If you like grilled onions try your burger and fries animal style. It adds grilled onions and their special sauce.

This place was reason enough to move back to Dallas. The East Coast doesn't even know what they're missing! Super friendly, super fast, super delicious! Once we received our order, there was complete silence. Fries could have been a bit more done, but then again, i like mine on the crunchy side. I'm sure they would have cooked them extra if I had asked. They even ask if you're going to be dining in your car so they can give you a place mat to put in your lap.

Since this location has opened it's always had great service. Clean, polite and quick!

This is one of the best fast food places! This isn't like McDonald's or Burger King. Don't get me wrong, they're good for junk food. These burger are literally the best. They taste like real burgers. Not plastic fake stuff. The staff is always extremely polite and nice. Everything feels fresh and is never cold. The prices are great as well. 3.95$ for a double double which is double cheese and double meat which honestly is not bad at all considering the fact that they're always delicious . Highly recommend.

I wasn’t sure coming in what to get but my cashier named Kiara was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a quick run down of all my options and helped me decide what I wanted. The service was quick and delicious I will definitely be going back.

Very pleasant people with a big smile. Good food. People talk about their fries that it goes bad quickly, of course it will, because it's fresh, not like others that's been frozen for months with so many chemicals.

We are from out of town and the kiddos wanted to try In-N-Out burger because we dont have one at home. They were happy so I'm happy. The burgers are good but the fries were a bit dry. Not bad though.
