Amazing burger joint! Always fresh, never frozen. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Tasty burgers, delicious fries, and great fresh made pink lemonade. Parking lot and line can be crowded around lunch.

Why do all in & outs give you two reciepts one when you pay and the other they put in your bag on top of your food like on top of fries or on burger its filthy too many hands touch it pls stop doing that

We've been going to this In N Out for YEARS and I must say the quality of how the food is prepped has dipped..alot. Some of our order was wrong yesterday but mostly it was the way the burgers were made, poorly. Animal style is definitely not what it used to be with a dash of limp lettuce. I can't tell you how many times we've gotten limp brown lettuce in our burgers and not because the patties are hot. The coke and shakes are still good, so there's that.
