Improper Pig

I've been to the location in fort Mill and the old location where this one moved from. The food is always great I think this place is having a little bit of trouble with the traffic not sure. It took a long time to get our appetizers and the waiter acknowledged it. Then it took a long time to get our dinner and he acknowledged that as well but nothing was done to compensate. The place is beautiful I hope they get it together

I'd probably say it was a 3.5 stars. Some of the food was good and some was average. Ribs were tender but a but dry...greens were very tasty and mac was good. I also liked the brisket but my wife wasn't a huge fan of that. As others have mentioned, service was friendly but slow. Prices were indicative of the area.

Well I recommend the food it was good and the hush puppies were addicting. Loved the steamed buns and the Asian take on classic bbq however if you order takeout CHECK YOUR BAG! We didn’t and were missing the largest meal... all we got was a $10 off gift card. Really?! Come on now.

Absolutely delicious food! Loved the fern bowl. Mac and cheese with pulled pork! It doesn't get any better than that. Also, the sweet potato casserole as a side was sooooo sweet and the flavors just popped in your mouth. I'll definitely be back again.

Had dinner here the other night. I disagree with the other recent reviews as the food was cooked perfectly. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly. They had six sauces on the table to try with the chicken and pork. Both the pasta salad and the slaw were delicious. We went on a Thursday night and they had discounted beer specials.

Get your taste of the South here! All the BBQ chicken and pork is so tender and well cooked. Sides are so yummy! Especially the sweet potatoes casserole side... It's like a dessert. We haven't had anything we didn't like after several visits. Best kept secret in the Ballantyne area.

Delicious! Their pulled pork is one of the best, and their hushpuppies are truly incredible. The first time we ordered take out online, they had just run out of ribs. They called us immediately after we placed the order to let us know. They were extremely apologetic and threw in extra pulled pork to make up for the missing ribs. Really nice customer service and great food!

The food here is awesome good size of portion. The great part is if you aren't in the mood for BBQ then they have other things. Cool bar and atmosphere. Also good appetizers.
