It was a late night who was hot and fast

I love Imo's, but not this one... 6 of us ordered different items. We all got the same rude service. It took forever. And the food tasted like nothing; very bland. Maybe they were short staffed that day but I'm not going to try it again. The lady in front was even rude to people calling in phone orders. I waited 15 minutes for a salad and it was soggy. We all agreed that they didn't use the normal cheese and after talking to someone that lives in ucity it's supposedly true. How can you swap out the signature cheese? I was polite, I tipped on a takeout order, and was treated like a peice of garbage. 2 other customers came in and returned food while I waited, I should've just left but how hard is it to screw up a house salad, apparantly not very hard.

Usually no problems at all until I ordered tonight, waited an hour for my food, the driver called me and said he was lost, the driver never showed come to find out the guy that took my order over the phone put in the wrong address and then thought I was going to wait ANOTHER 35-45 minutes for my food.

They delivered fast

Great food. The place was pretty busy. But the staff was nice and pleasant.

Don't ever order anything from day shift. I usually get wrong orders delivered. I, once, got a crispy caesar salad but the chicken tasted like it was fried and stored for the next day. The female manager did not believed me. She had caused me to go off on her for a while. That was last year. This morning, I ordered grilled chicken caesar salad and got hardly any cheese on it.I called back tonight and talked to the worker about it and she apologized for it. She said corporation cut back lots of things. I had wished she seen this got dayum salads I ordered. She suggested that I talk to the morning manager. I refused to do so. One more strike and I am done ordering from them actively since almost 10 months. It's a shame that a night manager will get things done right. I might just order from his shift only. This is was on 8437 Olive boulevard in University city near McKnight/Olive

Got my order wrong. The difference between Hat trick & triple play special? Ravioli not Garlic bread. I called & They will fix it by delivery. 3 stars for that. Then female manager told me to give the garlic bread back to the driver? It was rock hard so I threw it in the trash.I said that as she was hanging up, Said Manager then called me back to tell me to take bread out the thrash and still give it to the driver. What the 😠..(Perhaps I was lying?) I wasn’t it made me feel some kinda way for her to take the time and call me back just to say!. Plus I was already feeling bad about having a driver deliver an order of ravioli only in this ICY bad weather? I tell her Keep your raviolii, don’t send anyone to my house. After 39 years I’m done. Can Somebody please help that manager improve on her customer service skills? And if that’s the policy of the Restsurant, honey I feel sorry for you working for them. I’m done.

Ordered a deluxe salad and got this

Not happy with the new chicken ! It tastes as if the chicken was cooked in a microwave for 5 min then drop in grease for an additional 3 min . I’ll just say the chicken was terrible !! The pizza the last 3x ordering has been over cooked . I’ll just go to bed hungry before I ever ordering from here again !!!!!
