Outstanding. It’s always good and occasionally spectacular. Soup was so good I had it for dessert.

Recently reopened and still delicious. Il Portico has a more intimate ambiance so it's better for bringing a date or for a small family dinner.

This restaurant is just unbelievable how excellent it is !! I fully fell in love with it but more with the Italian chef. Terrific dishes !! I strongly recommend this restaurant.

This quaint little restaurant set in historic Tappan New York, is a Hidden Gem just 45 minutes north of New York City. I had the panko-crusted grilled chicken, gnocchi, grilled octopus, and fish. All were supremely prepared, and served by are enthusiastic host, and owner, Pepe. The price is about $25 per plate, and drinks are about $12 each. Now I know why it's pretty full each night! PS: There are 2 dining medium size dining room, and a bar.

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere..A gem!

This is a very cozy and romantic restaurant. The food is really good and the owner, very friendly, gentle and attentive to the customers, used to be the president of the Italian Major League Lazio soccer team in the 80's and 90's. I recommend this place.

Truly one of the finest restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The food is absolutely delicious, each dish is better than the previous. the service is terrific and the environment is superb. It is a historical landmark, I highly recommend it.
