One of the only places in the city where you can get a legit margherita pizza. I often get a pepperoni pizza–like the plebian I am–because the pepperoni is delicious. This is to say that they use great ingredients. The bar in the back is also a cool place to hang at nights. The pizza is big expensive but worth it.

They won't do halves on a pizza! The bartender who took my order claimed that the toppings slide together in the oven and then it's no longer a half. I worked at one of the best pizzerias in Kansas City for 17 years and I know that quarters can be a pain in the butt and thirds can be tricky, but halves are easy. I found this very unacceptable. I ordered a large which was not the standard 14in that you would get at most places, but more like a medium. The bartender shrugged and all but told me to kick rocks. The atmosphere was hipster, snotty, and posh. I was there for a Postmates order. I won't ever be back.

They said above We cannot claim gluten free as our crust is made of flour, however, we do import the finest 00 flour. Atop of that gluten begins to break down around 500 degrees and our pizzas are baked at a significantly higher temperature. With that said, we've had many customers seeking gluten free options who've decided to give it a go, and recieved nothing but positive feedback. It's very light and settles the same. We just wouldn't recommend it to anyone with serious celiac disease.
