Boring and average. Bathrooms are kind of gross. Nicely decorated on the outside during the holidays, though. And free parking if you're going to be there for 30 minutes or less, woo!

One of the biggest, the most technologically advanced airport I have been to and so easy to navigate with directional boards and signage to point you to wherever you are going to. I found the ground staff to be also extremely helpful and very friendly. Because the airport is so huge, it is almost difficult to walk from one boarding gate to the next, hence the internal trains come in very handy and this I enjoyed riding on those trains to move you from one boarding gate to another. The other essential part at this airport is the strict security measure to ensure safety of every passenger, had great fun travelling from San Francisco International Airport, will certainly return soon

The new Harvey Milk Terminal 1 gets 5 stars from me. This is one of the most well thought out airports I've ever been in. There is ample seating of varying types, ample power outlets, nice high ceilings and healthy food options. The bathroom actually wowed me and that's not something I ever thought I'd hear myself say. There is a dressing room inside as well as deep stalls so you can easily fit your luggage in with you. Each stall also has two hooks which seems like a small thing, but it's remarkably wonderful.

This is a big and great airport, many options to eat and they also have many VIP rooms. You can easily reach it or leave it by train. Didn’t have any problem on finding directions.

This is an airport in transition. The newer domestic terminals combine great food choices with interesting shops. The international terminal seems to be a continuous work in progress but finally you sense there is some action and better shops and cafes are appearing. Worth checking out the SFMoMA store before you go through security if you’re looking for gifts beyond logo tees - a nicely curated selection of thoughtfully designed things.

Hyper long landing & security process - expect minimal of 3 hours.Recommend to flight to SJC/OAK if possible.The airport itself is fabulous, but the experience might not be as sweet.

It's was a very pleasant experience for us.Clean, not overcrowded,spacious, with a lot of greens and evenmuseum of radio. Great sitting. Staff wasvery helpful and friendly. Good selection offood and shopping spots.

SFO was my transfer airport after a 12-hr ultra long haul flight from Auckland, New Zealand. United airlines left Auckland on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. and it was an overnight flight which arrived the next morning at 6:30 a.m. But that next morning in San Francisco was again Saturday, due to the 19 hrs time difference!It was a very smooth transfer, however I had to collect my luggage and then re-check it for Toronto Canada

I flew into this airport, not out so I can’t speak for too much. It was clean and well organized. Signs were posted well and it was easy to navigate.
