the best lunch place in town - worth whatever wait they have

For Seattle, this is definitely a 4 - star restaurant. If you're anywhere from the east coast, this place would be a 1-2 star and will upset you. I have come to understand that Seattle has very mediocre food and I just feel that people here have become accustomed to it. The pasta was OK. Noodles didn't seem completely cooked. I definitely wouldn't wait in line. AMAZING price however when compared to other places in the city.

The best pasta I've had in memory, in the US, and possibly ever. The wait may actually be worth it, though I was lucky enough to go on one of their all too rare "slow days" (5-10 minute wait). Simply amazing, and the prices are insanely reasonable ($11 for an entree).

Check their Instagram for the daily menu. Place gets crowded - not unusual to see a line out the door around lunch time. This is one of the best pasta locations in the area. But there aren't that many good ones around here I've been to yet...

This place was nearby and I decided to check it out. The food is simply to die for. I was happy to see how clean everything was. The waiter was prompt and polite. Satisfactory experience, will come again.

It was delicious. I waited about 2 hours in line... I would say it's worth an hour wait. The staff deserves 5 stars no doubt. Those guys had their system down pat and were working their butts off! It's only the wait that knocks off a star.

Some seriously delicious pasta. Simple, rotating menu with 3 pasta choices. Kale salad had some serious flavour. Line looked long when we go there, but moved quickly. Highly recommend, and definitely worth the wait.

The wait may seem intimidating, but Il Corvo has delicious pasta. And at very affordable prices. The menu changes daily, but all of the pastas I tried were fabulous. The other menu items like the house foccacia and kale salad were great too.

My first time going to Il Corvo and it did not disappoint! Pasta was amazing and bread was good too. Would recommend two dishes and bread for a table of two. We got there at 10:30 for the 11am opening of the store. We were one of the first people in line because of this! A great time.

My brother decided to take us to this place boasting it was supposed to be one of the best Italian restaurants in Seattle. It did not disappoint.Food: Authentic. You can taste almost every ingredient and it’s freshness in the dish. The lack of verity is completely made up by the absolutely exquisite taste of the pasta and sauce. This is not one of the best pasta joints in Seattle. This is one of the best pasta joints in the country.Atmosphere: A little tight with limited sitting, but gave the place a cozy authentic feel in a part of town where you would not expect food of this caliber. I wouldn’t bring kids here as they might not appreciate the lack of space.Service: The staff was very nice and explained everything that was asked. We did not feel rushed even though there was a line of at least two dozen people behind us. Try their chili sauce. It’s life changing.

Fresh pasta!! I love the concept here and that they make their pasta from scratch every day. There’s always a line out the door.

Long wait in line for lunch, but I've been wanting to try this place for 9 months! Fantastic food. Everything was fresh and delicious, homemade. Small, simple cafeteria style seating but charming in an old school kind of way. Worth every penny, and moment waiting in line!

The line is always out the door, but what awaits inside is delicious handmade pastas served with velvety sauces. Antipasto to be shared, and a nice midday getaway. The pasta menu changes daily, and the seating is communal. Beware, when the focaccia 'sold out' sign goes up on the daily board a collective groan can be heard from those still waiting to order. What are you waiting for???

Oh this restaurant is superb in almost every way. Food is so innovative, so creative, and so tasty. The attention to detail is outstanding. Choice of two tasting menus or the a la carte. Service is better than any we have had before.

The pasta was great. I think we got a pesto one and that was delicious. We did have to wait around 45min though, so my advice is to go early if you can. The food was good but if you're waiting more than an hour, I don't think its worth. Also, this place is not good if you're in a large group

Questions & Answers

You can skip the line only if you are buying out of their refrigerated section (to-go sauce or packaged fresh pasta)

Nope. If you want to shorten your line up time, go line up before they open. Around 10:30 on weekdays
