Ikea restaurant in Tsuruhama is a nice place to relax and enjoy a quick bite to eat, and a drink.As always, the Ikea drink bar, with free refills, is great value. The coffee is OK, for 100 yen though good value.

Ikea in Japan is exactly the same as everywhere else in the world. The 80yen per hotdog surprised me anyhow. So if you also like a got bargain on fashion furniture you shouldn't let this place out. If you don't have a car however you should use the IKEA shuttle from Umeda and Namba station because this is really remote even with the normal public transportation system in Osaka. The shuttle makes it much easier and more comfortable.

A really nice IKEA. But there are often too many kids for the kids play land so go super early if you wanna get kids in there

A part of shelf was missing and had to come to IKEA Tsuruhama to get it. At the return counter, they asked me to wait about 40 mins and gave me 2 tickets of free cones for 3 people. They gave us a wrong part 40 mins later and had to wait 5 more mins. I asked discount or some coupon for this because it took 1 hour using toll road for us to come to IKEA Tsuruhama from my place. The man at the return counter insisted that we already got 2 free cones which actually cost only ¥100. That was ridiculous.

As this is the first IKEA store in India, there is a lot of waiting to enter into the store. During the weekends it is highly impossible to get the entry without waiting for almost 3 hours. It is just like waiting in the compartments of Thirupati. But the waiting has the best outcome. The store looks amazing and almost all the household items are available with the best prices and quality.
