IKEA Baltimore

Clean, well appointed, a little on the small side compared to College Park and the ones in and near Philadelphia. Almost never out of the stuff I want and I get alerts through the app when it comes back in stock. Friendly, helpful staff. Second favorite retail place next to Target.

This is a good IKEA. It's well organized and always clean. Their as-is section isn't the most extensive I've ever seen but there is stuff there. If you are familiar with IKEA then there should be no surprises here.

What is there to say. It’s IKEA. Well priced, innovative items that you assemble. Also the meatballs are delicious.

For the most part I appreciate the staff at this place and the furniture is what you expect. However, I did have an issue with one of the night managers. I wish I could remember her name... total douche! Next time I’m there I’ll look for her so I can get a name and speak to someone above her.

Very cool place, if you interested in DYI projects. Fair pricing on furniture made in Sweden, Italy. You can find all kind of things for kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, while your child is playing in their free playroom. And after shopping, you can have a meal at their cafe, taste fresh made food and then buy it.

Loved Ikea couldn't believe how big it was and that they're going solar

We love this place!It's great for the family or on your own. It has a dining area with delicious food, or you can just grab a quick snack in their mini cafe near the exit.It also has an incredible selection of practical furniture and simple, clean design to make daily life much easier and fun!

Fun place to walk and hang out on a rainy day. Kids love it, too. Restaurant and cafe. Clearance. Try stuff out and touch what you buy. What's not to love?

Place order online for furniture pick up. Was quick and fast process. Was rewarded 5 dollars back in form of gift card. Going to use it next time on cinnamon rolls.

Love this store. Great furniture and lots of little gadgets that you never knew you needed until you find them. Love the restaurant too. The swedish meatballs are yummy. I have to admit I've come here just for lunch a couple times.

I love their unique items, and the inspiration i get from their showrooms. I purchased a portable children's nightlight a few months ago, and i have been very disappointed with its performance. It was going off suddenly after being charged all day, and now it wont even come on. I got the little hedgehog.

Not very well stocked or staffed, compared with College Park. The selection is a lot more narrow, inventory turns over more slowly. Staff don't seem to know much about the products when asked, if you find one, and they aren't especially motivated to find answers, though they're kind. It's as accessible (or not) as any Ikea. You have to really, really search to find the signs pointing out how to get through the labyrinth to the bathroom, so go as soon as you enter the store. I've never seen more than two staff at once at the checkout registers.

You have got to be kidding me! Your Customer Service is Really That Bad!!! I purchased 2 Alex drawer sets ($279) and I am missing a simple part that will not allow me to use this properly! When I called your customer service, the best that they have to offer me is that they can send me one & I will receive it in 14 days! 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! OR I can spend my time (about 2 hours) my gas & my energy to drive back to your store and get this part! I asked for someone else who might be able to get me this part quicker (really, put it in the mail in a padded envelope for 50 cents and I will have it in 2 days) and was transferred, transferred to a message that said "we are sorry but no one can help you now"!!! REALLY!!!! THIS IS THE BEST THAT YOU GUYS HAVE TO OFFER????? #whatcustomerservice

Pretty neat set up and kids got to check things out as well. Organized and sample items everywhere. Awesome concept.
