We went on a Sunday morning(before the after church rush). We were seated fairly quickly but had a small wait before our drinks/orders were actually taken (no big deal about 5 min wait). The server was really nice and attentive. The food came hot and correct in a reasonable amount of time.

Found this IHOP just down from our hotel on Walnut Street. Wound up eating here twice as the service was friendly and welcoming and the food was great. Of the restaurants we ate at that were local, this IHOP lived up to the spirit of brotherly love! If you're down town and hungry for breakfast don't miss this gem. The place is very nice, and the food is good to see as to the taste. We like to say "gnam gnaaam"

Nice and clean and the food was very good but some of the staff was very slow and rude. I asked my waitress for a container for my food, sat there for 15 minutes waiting for her to return and she never did. I gave up and decided to leave my food. Got to the front to pay and was told that I had to pay my waitress. I told them she never came back so when she went to find her she gave her my money and she returned to me with my change 15 minutes later looking for a tip! I did not tip her!! I wanted to but she didn't deserve it. My husband refused all together.

Great Staff.Quick service (5 mins) and quick food service(20 min) despite it being crowded.Unlike other IHOP’s this one was very clean and organized.
