IHOP

Dining in service was great. Jonah was a helpful and attentive server. However I tried to use DoorDash link here from the GMB page last weekend when I was sick & didn't want to go out. After ordering, I got an email from DoorDash saying that the location wasn't accepting orders. I then ordered and picked it up & expected it to be busy. Nope. It was slow so I asked why they weren't accepting DoorDash orders. The hostess said they were & I told her mine got canceled. Instead of saying that they would look into the problem, she basically argued & said I was wrong, they were accepting orders. Email attached.

I've been here and to many IHops,, I think this has the most friendly staff and It's very clean. The food is the same, good tasting, good value. I'll take IHop over Waffle House Anyday!

Arrived at 9:47 am and didn't receive our order if (2) 2 x 2 x 2 breakfast until 10:17 am. Would understand if busy but very slow. Breakfast was good once received.
