They were out of white cheddar sauce. I go there because they have white cheddar sauce.. But they were out.. Sad breakfast day..

My crepes were doughy and cold, coffee was cold, senior breakfast ordered by my husband was cold. I will not be returning to this IHOP. Sorry, but my $24.00 will be spent someplace else where I can hope to get served a real crepe, not something resembling a flat, doughy pancake. And since the senior breakfast is a smaller breakfast, presentation would be better on a smaller plate where the food looks like more and maybe keep each other warm.

This place is a WASTE of money. My pancakes weren't even cooked, to the point of batter oozing out of the side. We could have went to McDonald's and been satisfied for FAR less

Very disappointed with our service here. Once we were seated, it took 15 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. Another 20 minutes before our coffee came. People that were seated well after us were getting their meals before us. The waitress clearly had too many tables to give anyone decent service. Weekends should be fully staffed. Once we got our food, it was IHOP delicious. Just work on your staffing.

Good food at a decent price. They're specially pancakes are always good and I don't even like pancakes but today is national pancake day and they give out a FREE short stack every February 25th. Also enter the QR code from the table and win a cash prize if not more pancakes

After we finished finals, we decided to go to iHop for a celebratory lunch. We were greeted and served by a wonderful young waitress. She was extremely kind, and gave us fantastic service. Good pancakes & good service!

Late night meal here at this IHOP. I had something completely unusual but it was very good. Can't remember what it was now. But the waitress that served us (my husband and I) was very kind and funny. We were the only customers for a bit so we got to find out a little bit about her. Fantastic woman, hope I get to see her again.

The food was great as always. My friend had a birthday and didn't want to tell anybody about it since she was content with her french toast and didn't like buttermilk pancakes. The waitress came along and I told her that it was my friend's birthday. She later comes back and offers to give us something other than free pancakes, which was so considerate of her. People really do make it or break it when it comes to restaurant quality.

Great staff. Awesome food. This place has a welcoming atmosphere. Service is top notch seven I a fast paced environment. I would defiantly eat there again in the future.
