Cannoli pancakes, wonderful! Service was great. Enjoyed the visit

This restaurant is absolutely one of the coolest place to eat in the area. Every time I visit this place I am exceedingly glad. They preserve their very high standard service and the highest level of dishes they give. You can never go wrong with this place. Warmly recommended.

The service at this place is slow and a little hard to come by. The food is average at best, but what I really enjoy is their pancakes. I think this place has a lot of potential and can really improve if they just listen to the clientele and pay attention to what's going on around them. Instead they pretend that they are listening to you and disappear in the back somewhere. I had to ask for water several times before I eventually got some towards the end of my visit. I went to use the bathroom and it had no toilet paper, same thing happened in the women's bathroom. A woman could be heard screaming for assistance with toilet paper in one of the stalls. I hope they get their act together. It seems to me that most of their employees don't want to be there at all and they are just killing time to collect a pay check.
