IHOP

Wonderful. Not crowded. I was the only one in the restaurant. And i received a free mug and .50 pancakes and great cooked bacon. My waitress MAY was the best. Loved her accent and her personality. Give MAY a mug she deserves it.Keep GREAT workers like her.

Food is fine. That's about it. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come to this IHOP, there is NEVER anyone in the front. You are waiting until someone sees you, and even then they rarely stop to help. Otherwise you have to walk about the restaurant to get some assistance.Today 12/29/19 I went in and waited over 5 minutes and no one came to assist me. I had to walk around to get help. The waiters stared, but still said NOTHING to me until I literally walked up to one. What kind of establishment has NO ONE at the front but expects people to "wait to be seated"? If you're not going to have a hostess, AT LEAST have a bell or alarm to let you know someone walked in.

Strawberry crepes, omelet, and hashbrowns were great. Manager had to seat, serve, and cook order after we waited 25 minutes to be seated. Employees, didn't make an attempt to greet us after we looked around the corner and made ourselves known to their sitting at a table. A server interrupted, the manager taking our order who directed her to help other guests.

We got to our table at 1:05 and ordered our drinks about 10min later. It's been 35 min since then, and we're contemplating leaving 😂😂😂Luckily my grandma's nice enough to wait, saying we already got our coffee and other drinks, so it'd be wrong to leave.The real wrong thing here is the attitude we got from the front guy who seated us and the long wait when only half of the restaurant has customers. Most of then are just sitting and chatting--they're not even eating anymore...Edit: it's alright now, we got our food and it has only been 40 min since our order 😄 too bad it looks really bad...it looks like this and I haven't even touched the food yet hahaFood is lukewarm, eggs and onions are undercooked, but the biggest sin is that the steak is cooked well done instead of medium rare...

Memories is all what I have from IHOP only good memories. It used to be one of my favorite places to have breakfast, not anymore, their quality have changed from good "I want to go there" to "forget it, let's eat somewhere else".

Love the fact that this place is open 24 hours. Food was a bit slow coming out but the service made up for it. One of the best locations in Charlotte.

I had the Chicken Florentine Crepes with a side of the Stuffed French Toast with blueberry compote. Both were delicious. My only complaint is that the crepes did not seem to have as much spinach as the picture on the menu.

As on the past the food was as good as you can get. We had a group function and the staff waiting on us was nothing short of purely excellent. Over all this is good as you can ever ask for!

Food is good and waitresses do a good job. The problem is management. You always have to wait forever, unless u are there very early. After Christmas we waited for half hour and I could see 10 tables empty! One guy cleaned 3 of them and that was it. We kept waiting until a lady came out complaining she had been waiting for her food for 45 minutes. Previous Christmas was the same. They are NEVER prepared for holidays. They are always overwhelmed, always understaffed and a lot of times you see one or two people multitasking, just desperate. It's a great location, but service is bad only because of horrible management.

I've been in Charlotte almost 4 years. I've frequented this location and University. I liked this one better... Until today. I ordered the Sampler with Strawberry Pancakes. I got regular pancakes with a side of eye lash. The bacon was greasy. I got replacements but with attitude. The bacon AGAIN, burnt, dry and uneatable. At this point, I loose my appetite and ask for a to go box. I should have left after 3 employees ignored me while waiting to be seated. I was the only one waiting. I've been saying I was gonna stop eating out and cook at home and this experience just gave me more incentive to do so.

Good place to eat and enjoy time as a couple or family. Tasty food and very friendly service; sometimes fast sometimes not so much because they change employees frequently. Place of easy access, clean, tidy and with enough parking but very busy, preferable to visit it with available time and patience, in general, highly recommended place.

Food sometime takes a very long time to come out. The staff are mostly attentive. The food is not amazing but it is nice and warm and tastes good. Prices are pretty fair but somethings are overpriced for the portions they give.

Worse customer service! When you arrive no one is EVER at the door and they can’t see you based on the set up. This is not the first time we have experienced this either. Unfortunately tonight while the waitress was cleaning off the table behind us, she was very disappointed with tip that was left. She proceeded to go on about how much waitresses get paid and how tips are important, while I cant disagree with that statement she obviously does not get customer service! 1.You never make statements like that in an open dining room where everyone can hear2. Your tip is based on the service given, provide good service receive a nice tip. That means don’t forget to check on the table, bring food out at once or at least within a few minutes of each trip (not after the food has gone cold) and keep a pleasant attitude. I hope that a manager or corporate reads this and acts on it makings someone accountable!

Took 10 minutes to get drink order, took 25 minutes to get food, bacon was the size of a quarter. Food and service were enough to never come back. Great location is the only thing this place has going for it.

Food is good and service is ok with the limited staff. During my visits, the staff really try to provide good customer service.
