IHOP

4 stars because the staff is doing the best they can during this pandemic but 0 stars to the customers. Nobody is willing to follow social distancing or the meausers IHOP has set in place. They all crowd the door and it's all about me me me. So if you are concerned with the virus i would avoid going as you will be shoulder to shoulder with other people who take 0 precautions.

Always good food. Got the grilled chicken salad for lunch. Very good. University area in Charlotte NC

Excellent food and service. They were great with my son and made him feel like a movie star.

We were seated not greeted right away. Sat awhile before anyone even came to our table. Food was adequate and portion was economical. More quality service needed. It was early in the morning and they weren't even that busy.

There always a wait here. Worst days are Sundays. If you can wait, you won't be disappointed (at least I haven't been). Another thing is parking. Parking here is a big deal. There are times you won't be able to find a spot. Again, Especially Sundays.

Fast and courteous service!This location is always busy on the weekends when I see the line waiting out the door. Fortunately we visited on a weekday and I can see why this location is so popular. We were seated quickly and we received our order within 15 minutes. Our server was attentive and the manager came by our table to ask if we enjoyed our meal. We had the weekday special which is a great deal. $5.99 for eggs, two meats, hashbrowns and 2 pancakes. Along with the great service, you can't beat that.

I really think that it is over priced for the quality of the food. My family of 3 will easily spend $40 for what amounts to pancakes and eggs.

It's an ihop. So if you like it, you like it. I will say this though for those of you who eat really early morning breakfast. This one in particular has a very warm feeling to it. My personal preference is the seat by the window.

Everytime I come here, I've never been disappointed by the food or an incorrect order. I came last night with my family and our waiter (I'm really disappointed I can't remember his name) was fantastic. He thought ahead about what we might ask for extra of and just went ahead and provided it with the meal. Usually I don't like to ask for extra butter or something beause I can't be bothered bothering someone for it so that was cool. Also the pancakes were super fluffy.

The service was good, especially considering the crowd. The food was as decent as any iHop. Not bad overall, but I'd consider other options first (considering the area).
