Horrible, slow motion. Loud atmosphere

The waitress had an attitude and would not honor the menu that was posted on the window. She claimed it was discontinued. When we bought it to management s attention. He apologize for her behavior. Bad customer service experience.

Good food. Decent prices. Good service.

I got burnt food, asked for better food and got more burnt good. Waitress seemed to not care about her job

Service was good, food was just ok. Not my first choice next time I'm looking for breakfast food that isn't pancakes...

IHOP was really good, got the New York strewberry cheesecake pancakes and they were really good. Also got the big steak omelet and that was really good as well. Will definitely eat here again

Food was good but service was not adequate. The restaurant was severely understaffed. I felt bad for our waitress.

Food was great. Service was bad, waiter complained about the work place. Coffee was expensive and terrible. Went to my car to leave and a worker beside me was either smoking weed in their car with someone who was.

It was a solid restaurant with good food. The Halloween themed "Morticia's Haunted Hot Chocolate" was definitely a highlight for me. The service was good and I didn't have to wait very long for drinks or food. If I could give half stars, I'd give this 4 and a half!

Everything is good and service was also good. Wife had a breakfast meal and I had dinner. Meals were served quickly.

Poor service. Rude servers and rude manager. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. And was never waited on. We waited for 20 minutes and left. Two more people came in and were waited on. And we still didn't see our server. Smh. Manager was rude and unprofessional.

The service was excellent and the food was good. I rated as a 10. Excellent five stared.

Free Pancakes! How could we complain!?! The Restaurant is clean. The bathroom is clean. They have Four flavored pancakes syrups: Blueberry, Strawberry, Butter Pecan, and Old Fashioned = Maple syrup. Our Pancakes tasted good. The are smaller than the plate served on-- not jumbo pancakes. Currently one would pay $3.99 plus tax/ seating fee for this meal. We had fun! Their music is piped through the restaurant via overhead speakers in the ceiling. The place was not crowded when we went. The waitress was nice, friendly, and check on us 3 times. Kids would definitely enjoy this place-- They make specialty pancakes: Chocolate Chocolate Chip, New York cheesecake, Red Velvet, cupcake, etc....
