IHOP

I visit this outstanding place once a month as I like the good mood that is part of this restaurant. The personel is extraordianrillyremarkably friendly and well trained. The service is pretty efficient. Not to mention, the food you eat is first-rate. I visited often and I was always happy. The pay is modest. I highly suggest this restaurant to my friends and family.

Food was too salty. Waitress was nice, but meal was a long time coming.

Decent breakfast at a decent price. Although the restaurant was packed, our server was prompt and the food came out relatively quickly and hot.

Major disappointment in Augusta but your store was great Quality food, good prices, great service, waiting minimal. We were seat right away with our family and received a nice visit.

I was 1 of 8 in my party that had met for dinner that night. The service was second to none and I learned that salsa on an omelet is not as gross as it sounds. Wish I had asked the server for her name, she was awesome.

I was yelled at for not tipping on a $18 dollar meal by susan s. For apparantly she makes 2/hr i feel for that but thats not my fault nor should she yell at me in the middle of the store it was just embarrassing and wrong

They have some of the slowest people working there that i have ever seen at an IHOP got a glass of water and then had to wait almost 40 minutes before my food came and that was hot cakes beacon and scrambled eggs. Very disappointed in IHOP

Susan what can I say. The food was wonderful and Susan is the best waitress by far.

The last time we were there, there was only 3 couples in at 7:30 pm. However the last time made up for the time before when our visit was deplorable. From the cleanliness of our table & sticky menus to our waitresses attitude and lack of communication to our wrong drinks with no apology except to say "we only serve Pepsi products". We asked for Cokes. And even then she gave us cherry Pepsi. What's up with that? I was so angry I felt like we shouldn't even been asked to pay. I could go on and on but I would run out of space. As I said the last time was 100% better.

Normally good but this last trip food was not great (overcooked hash browns), it took forever to get served and I never got toast for a basic two egg breakfast despite the server acknowledging that it was missing and promising to bring it out. When I got the bill, the other person in my party had left because breakfast took so long and they were late for an appointment. Also, I noted again to the server that I never got toast or the ranch dressing that was supposed to come on the other meals wrap. She offered to take the toast off the bill and to be fair I suggested she just do what she thought was appropriate...so she didn't take anything off the bill at all 😂.Like I said originally, normally pretty good and I think we just had a bad server during a busy time when the kitchen was off. Three stars seems fair for a good breakfast spot that has some inconsistency.
