Lovely service, delicious food, and nice calm atmosphere( evening visit). Best place to order breakfast foods and have great service.

Service was good. Food was good nothing special about it. We ordered off the 55+ menu. The portions were big compared to other restaurants 55+ menu. The reason for the 4 stars is the floors needed to be swept. Several areas of food on the flooring in dining area.

food was what I ordered but I order to salsa with my Colorado omelette and got two syrups I realized this when I was home but I still enjoyed the meal. I also observed the Uber delivery and another one they're both waiting it look like they were disorganized but the food was okay

Lisha is the best GM! This is the best IHOP in Tucson. Friendly staff under great leadership. 10/10

Staff was great. Good served hot and as expected. They have the menu down to a science for the great masses. If it is comfort food you are looking for, you can't go wrong.

Tried the chicken and waffles for the first time ever! Was actually pretty good! All of our food was prepared correctly the first time, and our server Ashley was a 10! I cannot say enough gteat things about her, her personality, and her service! Many thanks to Ashley, and the chef that night!

Crystal, the front desk attendant was super sweet and was efficient with my to go transaction. It turned out I had missed ordered a meal and she helped me get that paid for and I was out in less that 5 minutes very appreciative of her. Thank you!

I enjoy a country omelette very much! I had eaten half of my country omelette before the pancakes even came out! And then as you can see by the picture there was something brown in the omelette maybe grease not quite too sure but the manager gave me 20% off the check so it didn't make it as bad! I still love a country omelette I just wish it will be better next time 🙄

Ihop has wonderful service. Friendly and attentive waitstaff and the food is always good. My friends and I meet weekly for a writers group and it is always a great place for meetings. The only problem we sometimes face is it can get a little cold so definitely bring a sweater for some parts of the restaurant (in the far back).They have delicious breakfast AND burgers and salads.

It was just ok, the food was subpar at best and the place wasn't very clean. We won't stop here again. :( Sad because I always beg my husband to take me to IHOP and he usually says no, this time he says yes and it was a bad experience.

Ashley aka A-money was our server a party of about 14 on a Sunday night and she rocked it!!! Quick and pro service great tasting food, clean. Happy customers. Definitely will return.

Probably my favorite IHOP in town. Fast, good and tasty. There is adequate seating and no wait to be shown to a table. Great quality food. The wait staff was friendly. The seating area was clean and the seating area spacious. If I return to any IHOP in town it will be this one.

This IHOP was okay because the food wasn't great but it wasn't bad either it was just okay. I was looking forward to having a really great breakfast for quite a while and it just not did not meet my standards. The service was pretty good though.
