The taste of the food was normal. The service was poor. 4 of 5 of us ran out of drinks. The food took about 40 minutes to arrive. It was not busy when we ordered. The temperature was terribly cold. After complaining to the waitress, nothing was done. The. manager happened by the table and adjusted the temp when asked.

The manager on 08/25/19 Set a appointment at 5:30 PM for my Son to come in for a job interview.My 16 year old Son drove 35 minutes for his First job interview.The Manager did a NO SHOW with out giving a simple courtesy phone call or text to tell him he will not be there.Wasting both time money and gas.Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional.

We’re having lunch/ breakfast for my birthday. Food was great. They were out of tartar sauce and the manager made me some. Our server Danielle was prompt and took care of us.

They do not have staff period. Manager having to cook and waiting 1 hr to get cold food. This last time we sat down it took 20 to get drink order and waiter never came back. This was the only place in Knoxville with decent pancakes.

Ordered through door dash and ordered 2 of the stuffed French toast and it came without the strawberry sauce and strawberries and powdered sugar. It was just the peice of French toast. Very disappointed with service

The food was good as always. This service was good. Our waitress was very outgoing. The people in the booth next to us became really rude to her, and she handled it very well. The bathroom was clean. Our food was out very quickly. We did not have to wait to be seated.

I love taking my daughter here for a quick bite! My fiance joins us as often as he can! When we come here we LOVE our server Ms. Connie♡ there isn't a better server! She loves my girl and makes you feel at home! Food was wonderful as always♡
