I had the ham & sausage specialty omelette and it was pretty good. Funnel cake thing was okay. Service has improved greatly since they have more help now.

Nothing special. IHOP is exactly what is expected. Okay food with okay service. Ordered the garden omelette with endless pancakes. they brought the pancakes out first in a stack of three and then twos. The booth wasnt clean when we were being seated, but after a request was made it was cleaned up without a fuss. Coffee was drinkable

They have good food! It's just needs to take more Pride into their Cleanliness! No Restaurant should be so Unsanitary in the Restroom. And the Dinning area is always Dirty. They need to hire maintenance to clean for them, if they are under staffed.
Questions & Answers
I agree to most of the comments but it seems to be a pattern in most of the IHops. I love most of their food, especially the crepes.
I would hate for any of them to close and the Ford location is pretty close to where I live.
Maybe a better approach would be to state our dissatisfaction with a manager before we leave.
It's been over 2yrs since I've eaten there. Sorry to hear that...

The waffles and chicken is good but you don't get much chicken
I've been going here since 02. I never knew it as anything other than IHOP.
I think you should go to the location and ask. Maybe take your resume along just in case.
