This is not a good place to eat at customer service wise. They always look like chicken with their heads cut off. The times I've been in there.. They've been all over the place. The last time I went in there which was about two hours ago the server sitting people down was rude. (Hispanic girl) I asked her did she know about how long the wait was and she got an attitude like I was bothering her. Next time I'm I'm Raleigh and I want IHOP I'll just wait until I get back to Fayetteville.

I absolutely love this place. It is such a beautiful cross section of the population of Raleigh, and they do a great job of accommodating my dairy allergy despite having to prepare the food differently.

I woke up CRAVING pancakes. I successfully rounded up 5 people and we made our way. I got the spicy pablano omelette and NY cheeses pancakes.OMG.my food was amazing. It came out quick. Our server was very attentive. Excellent food, great company.

We had slowww horrible service ! Took 50min to get our food and then our server never came and checked on us.

Because capital is well known for the night life so people tend to go here after hours

Yes, but it's on the kids placemats that they give you, and I didn't realize that when we were there, and almost ordered off the regular menu (which would have been more expensive). Luckily the waitress motioned to the placemat when I started ordering.
