I waited 20 minutes before I was even acknowledge. There were only three families in the restaurant they kept looking at me but no one took the initiative to actually come over and help me. Very poor customer service.

Waiting over an hour and my food still hasn’t left the ihop and the driver is waiting there. Also they don’t post a working phone number on their google page
