Their service has gone down hill since they let Sue go. And the food is ok, but you have to keep on top of their servers for stuff you asked for.

No one told our waitress she had a table so waited 20 minutes to order drinks. Was treated to a radio show listening to the cooks apparently almost getting into a fist fight in the kitchen. Food that wasn't burnt was not hot. At least the waitress was nice and friendly.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my Birthday with the free pancake stack. The food was delicious and my server was great. I rated this establishment 3 stars because my first arrival time I was told the wait to receive my food would be 30 - 35 minutes and it might be a good idea to return later. When I did return I still had to wait for my food to he prepared. I was also told to seat myself anywhere I liked. It may be a while before I return this location.

The food was excellent. I had a wrap that was huge and I brought part of it home. The waitress was amazing; very attentive, courteous, and fast. The restaurant and restroom we're extremely clean.

It's an IHOP sometimes the place is moving fast, sometimes the place is moving slow, the food's always greasy. it's just what you would expected it to be honestly.
