My favorite IHOP in the area. Food is good. Extremely busy on Sunday mornings, so you need to be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for a table.

Never delivered my food. Then pretended not to hear me on the phone when I called and hung up on me! Disgusting!

Hands down this is the best IHOP I have ever been too. Not to say it doesn't have its issues but they are far and few between.When you do, the staff is very professional and will fix it right away. The food is always fresh and tasty. It even looks similar to the pictures on the menu. The Beverage and Food Manager Renee runs a great establishment. I'm surprised they haven't promoted her to the next level, after all her first priority is the customer. That means making sure the store is clean, food is fresh, and customers are happy. Thanks Renee, she is one of the main reasons we have kept comming to this IHOP location for years. The service is unmatched.

You call this an IHOP? The waiters were rude, the table I was seated at was dirty. My wife’s Childbirth took less time than the waiters to get me a drink. And why was the cheese on my omelette sour? I’d recommend Denny’s Waffle House or even Bob Evans over this disgusting establishment.

I've stopped at this IHOP a few times over the years. Always late at night. Tonight the service, food, and cleanliness of the restaurant were awful. The bathroom was messy and had tissue paper and napkins all over. There was trash on the floor all over the dining area as well. We ordered 5 dinners and drinks. They did not have ingredients for 2 of the entrees. That's fine supplies run low. However they didn't tell us they didn't have the ingredients until all the other food had been delivered. Everyone else was finished eating by the time the replacement entrees made it to the table. I wont be stopping here again.

Food looked and tasted great!!! Fast and friendly service. Great experience.

The food and services from the server was good. However the front person that seated us (older Black gentleman), needs to go back the customer service school. Clearly he was busy. However we are the guest. The extra 10 seconds it would have taken him to walk us all the way to our table and not toss the menus on the table and point at the table... We are guest in IHOP. Not his personal family.

Disappointed in this particular location. Service was so, order was wrong and when corrected cold.

I sear if I could give this place no stars I would idk why they just wont hire more people it's not that busy but yet your waiting for either to be seated, pick up food or your check. And the hardly ever answer the phone

The service and the food was excellent ! why they get a zero is because its 35° outside and they had the a/c on or the heat off. It made our time unpleasant to eat fast and get out . They turned on the heat once I complained. Thanks unacceptable...

I come here all the time because of proximity. Service is good depending on who you get, BUT...PLEASE do something about the bathrooms! They are disgusting, always!!!
