Super nice IHOP! Staff were all super friendly and very capable. Most importantly, the food was amazing!Thank you IHOP!!

Hollie was an AWESOME SERVER! 5 STARS TO HER. Food took forever and the place was no where near full. Pancakes dry, flat and over cooked. She did take some off total bill. The management and kitchen really let her down.

Typical IHOP but here most of staff is friendly. Ashley was our server and she took good care of us.

The food and time was fine. The atmosphere was a little dead. Also the waitress was not very friendly and did not know good customer service.

This IHOP smells like cat urine. The food average. The only good thing about this IHOP was our server, Taylor. She was amazing and the only reason this review is getting 5 stars. Her customer service on point. We appreciate you! Taylor, whenever you feel down, remember you're amazing!

Appreciate places that are open like this at night. Coffee is warm and food is still good quality. Chicken and waffles was pretty good!

Needs a little improvement personnel wise. Had to get my wife's food reheated. Our server was very polite and professional, but some of her coworkers were engaged in "personal" conversations in front of the customers. Inappropriate.

Ordered a Large stack of pancakes... Some of the pancakes were kids size... order takeout.. gave a generous tip.. only one container of butter... After asking waitress for plenty of butter and syrup... I'll have to chalk this one up to not check in the bag before I left..... Never underestimate good service..☹️

My experience here was surprisingly good. Food was fresh and the customer service was great. One of the servers did pop a candy cane in his mouth, which is a bad practice. However, my omelette was nicely presented and was tasty.

The food was delicious and fresh, but the best part was the server, James. He was friendly and made sure we were well taken care of! I highly recommend coming here.

Haven't been in awhile. Friendly service, fast. I did a carry out, pancakes were still warm when I got home. Enjoyable Sunday morning breakfast.

After going to IHOP on General Booth and only one waitress working with 6 tables covered in dirty dishes and overhearing how long other customers had waited for even drinks, we decided to come here only to be highly disappointed again. There was accually 2 people waiting tables, except with MANY more customers. There was no hostess but the only two people waiting tables forced to stop what they were doing and seat people coming in. We waited for over 10 minutes without even being asked what we'd like to drink. There were many tables still waiting for food. We left and went somewhere else with our hungry child. I am extremely unhappy with both of our experiences at IHOP tonight and our family will NOT be returning. I really hope management sees this and realizes they need to better train and mainly adequately staff their locations in Virginia Beach.

The service is outstanding. Asia was very precise, accurate and respectful and courteous. Whoever the cook is did a wonderful job preparing my breakfast. I recommend anyone and everyone come to IHOP in Virginia Beach.

This place has amazing food and good customer service. IHOP store is clean and well maintained. I would recommend people to go.

My now husband, myself and a friend visited here after a church service. It was during the Christmas season. They weren't that busy at first, but the food was good. We were satisfied. The staff was very friendly.
