I was told I could swap grits for pancakes on my steak tips plate but was not told it would cost me an extra $1.26 and they were cold when they arrived steak tips were good

I ordered take out and the customer service was great! They prepared my food to order and everything was correct. The wait time was very consistent with the time of my order. I would be very happy to continue going to the IHOP in Griffin, Georgia.

Over the past couple years my experience at multiple IHOP locations have been below par have what I had come to expect. However, on this particular visit and the Griffin location I was pleasantly surprised Define both the food preparation and the service to be delightful. I hope IHOP is returning to the days of great breakfast all the time. I will be back soon in hopes I've experiencing another delightful trip. Good job guys and keep it up.Doc Scott

Cena (not sure how you exactly spell it) , is the most caring and beautiful soul there is. I haven’t even gotten my food yet and I’m already beyond happy with customer service. Such a sweet and beautiful woman. Highly recommend this place because she should be your reason to visit this place. She is so sweet and polite. I recommend a raise!
