Good service, food good too ...

Thank you Ihop for delivering phenomenal customer service from the greeter, the manager and our lovely waitress Alba! Sometimes it's difficult travelling with my daughter whose physically challenged but you guys were so understanding & able accommodate our party accordingly. Now corporate IHOP needs to make sure that their Grinch special pancakes are as green as they look in the picture and the hot chocolate whip creme was not green either.😭 We came for my daughter's 8th birthday who didn't want anything but the green stuff! 😆

I loved the diversity. People, both patrons and employees, are friendly. Although it is very busy, causing the staff to seem over worked... when you go past that... it has a down home feel. Food is good and well priced. Good portions.

Good food not my place of choice

We went to I Hop and loved the restaurant and the food. We met Andy that works there and you could never ask for a better waiter. He has been thru so much and is such a hard worker. He is a walking testimony. We are from Michigan and had never had such great service than what we had at this I Hop in Homestead Florida. Thanks again.

Food was so good. The waitress was sweet funny and attentive before I even got to the end of my drink she already had me a new one to the table. Will come by every 5 to 10 minutes to make sure everything was okay.

The staff: super friendly, the ambiance: cozy and the food: totally delicious. That stuffed French toast: swoon 😍😍

Great service. Food were yummy. Went at lunch time and it was extremely busy. Easy parking.

Probably my favorite restaurant in Homestead/Florida City. Even when packed wait times usually aren't that bad and they are good at seating people quickly. They have many different waiters/waitresses and they are all always friendly and funny. Food is standard IHOP fare and they also offer a military discount.

Andy is amazing! His energy is amazing. He knows everything on the menu and makes amazing suggestions. We will definitely be back and we will ask for Andy! The food was delicious and service is superb.

Nice but too greasy

I would recommend this place for breakfast only if you are an early riser! Anytime after 9:00 am would mean you have to wait 45-60 minutes. But! It's worth the wait. Very courteous staff, delicious food and great ambiance, specially if you are sitting outside! Loved Zazie

Amazing food, amazing service. Homemade Jamaican & Hatian food. Totally recommend, the ambiance is great and music is awesome!

I picked up the food from inside. The food was good and packaged well. I gave 3 stars because the woman inside at the desk needs to understand the meaning of customer service. If I go back,,, I'll stay outside and do curbside.
