Very friendly staff. Clean. Warm lighting. Open dining area. Not crowded. Meal prep was fast. Food was delicious.

Had a great lunch there, give that it is IHOP, and not a fancy restaurant. The cook doesn't know how to cook eggs. The staff is very sweet, and when I could couldn't make a decision, the waitress offered the suggestion of the sampler. A good choice. The new winter menu is fun with funnel cake, green pancakes, and lots of whipped cream.

Took a while to be seated, I ordered a full stack of butter milk pancakes and they were little pancakes! I wanted full size pancakes! Left hungry and talking about what I wanted to get for lunch.

This was first time at this location. The food was very hot and fresh. The taste was magnificent. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Not just our waitress, but each waitress from other stations when checked in on us. I haven't seen that, like, never! By far, the best IHOP I've been too. I will be calling this locations manager as well as IHOP HQ to brag about this establishment. Great job staff!!!

Nice and clean as always. Only downside was food was a little slow. But it was busy so I can't complain too much. Still good.

Was seated rather quickly seeing it was a Sunday morning. However one seated had to wait a bit, but our server Greg was exceptional, courteous and very funny. He made it to where we forgot we had to wait.

Good location. Friendly server and food was good. However, the parking lot needs cleaning there was trash all over. There is a st Patrick's day special. See attached photo

We came in very early morning after 3rd shift and while dining in a homeless man came in to see if he could get some food, he offered to help in the back or anything he could do to earn a meal. The manager politely put together a plate of food for the guy and let him dine in the restaurant. Little acts like this give you a hope in humanity, especially our this financially driven society!

Service was pretty quick, super friendly staff but we were missing pieces of my order. Not a bad place to ring in the new yr tho. Def wasnt crowded

Fresh, Fast, friendly service. The food was phenomenal and our server was on point. I would definitely eat her again. Food was so fresh I ate it and forgot to take my pic.

The restaurant was really cold and our first batch of pancakes were really hard second batch was undercooked. Our entrees were great server could have been more attentive being that it was not many people there. Would still go back

I'm not sure if it's just the times I pick to go but it's always empty. That isn't a bad thing because it's quiet & you get good service. The only thing I wonder is how long it'll stay open if it's as empty on a regular basis. I think it's old libation was more obvious but parking & the size is definitely improved at its current location.

Our server Greg was awesome. Food came out fast and was hot. Pleasant experience. And timing was great - not a bazillion people there.
