I've been to this location 3 times and the service was horrible all three times. How come it take 20 to 30 minutes each time just to deliver a few pancakes. I will never be going back to the place. The food is decent, but again the service is the worst place I've ever been in my life. They don't know how to count, if you go late at night, nobody is at the front tot take your order.

Had not been here for a long time. Few changes in the menu from then. Good changes.

Was really busy on a Thursday. Not enough servers on duty. Manager however did pput our order in to speed up the process

The food was really good and filling. Our server was incredibly nice and inviting. It took the servers quite some time to realize we were there and to approach us and see if we had been helped. Other tables came in later and we're already having their orders taken by the time someone welcomed us.

Went here for breakfast today, worst service ever. I've worked in the industry in the past and we ended up waiting 8 minutes before even being greeted. Never received water until we had to ask for some. Asked for coffee with cream and had no room in the cup to put cream. (Which they only had half and half). After we got food I had to flag someone down for more water. That was the only time they checked on us. Considering they have limited seating during covid. You would think that the services would be phenomenal. Highly disappointed

The cheeseburger was delicious and perfectly cooked. The kids smiley pancake was a good size and fluffy. The kids build your own, pancake, eggs and bacon was delicious. The chicken strips were tender and the fries were great. The breakfast sampler was wonderful. Great food!

Good food. Nice employees. Good parking.

The wait staff is typically pretty good at their jobs and know what they're doing. However the food is usually messed up in someway. I'm assuming the kitchen is responsible as the servers always read back the correct orders twice before leaving the table. If you want something late, this location is adequate. However there are much better ihops that you can visit.

I have to start this review by saying it was Christmas day when we visited this location. That being said the location we visited on 83rd Ave was by no means packed. Slightly busy but I've seen busier on a Sunday morning. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food, which was cold by the time they brought it to us. On top of that 3 members of our party were brought cold food, while the fourth member had to wait another 15 minutes for her food, at least her meal was hot. We did ask for a manager at the end of our meal and she applied a 10% discount to our check. The discount was the only grace that gave this location two stars for me. We probably won't return to this IHOP anytime in the near future.

Crowded but short wait worth while as atmosphere friendly and the food prepared by chefs very tasty.

They did a phenomenal job with the food. The manager oversaw it himself! The staff was wonderful as well! Will definitely return in the near future.

The service and food have almost always been great, as it was today. I could hear servers asking regular customers if they were doing better, which can show that caring individuals work here. The food was tasty and fun on this Halloween day! I like the change-up of seasonal dishes, as can be seen for Halloween!
