Service overall was good, just expect to wait an eternity and a half to have your order taken and your food delivered. This is at any IHOP you go here in the States. IHOP in Toronto was faster. We can strictly for the green Greench pancakes. Food was decent as always.

Gave this place 2 chances, and will not be back. The first time, the cook staff made the grinch pancake batter wrong, resulting in a 45 min wait for food, and everything but the grinch pancakes being cold. Our waitress was as accommodating as possible. Second time, we were seated by the kitchen door that was open. There was trash all over the kitchen floor, and not even the manager seemed concerned. Waitresses hid in the kitchen, leaving the dining room without any staff. Food was better this time, but orders were messed up and it took a long time again. Went to the restroom to find wrapped silverware on the baby changing station.
