This place has improved greatly! The staff are courteous and accommodating. Both the eating area and the waiting area are clean and comfortable. This IHOP menu has old favorites, plus more than even a year ago. I will definitely return again.

Facility is showing its age a little but it is still clean and the wait staff are courteous and fast. Food is from the IHOP standard menu but is well prepared and very tasty. Our waitress, Stephanie, did a great job serving us.

The service was good. My food came out really quick too. Surprisingly! I would have given another star except 20 minutes later, I was giving the bowl my half eaten food. Also, the new young waitress attempted to stand over me while I signed my check. I found that impolite and asked her for some privacy.
