Would have been a better experience had the 'users' not been present....

Had a very good experience in this spot with my girlfriend. The food arrives rapidly and the service is just awesome. Prices are convenient.

Great IHOP location. Clean, nice servers, food comes out quickly.

Worst experience ever. Found a hair in the butter on my pancakes and my over medium eggs were runny. Replaced with cold pancakes (butter sans hair didn't melt). Kristin our server copped an attitude and then ignored us afterwards. Was not able to finish the meal because the delay with the food which ended up making us late for a Dr's appointment. Kristin was more concerned about stocking and getting off her shift than her tables.Thank goodness the manager was there because he ended up getting our check. I would not recommend this Ihop.

As always the pancakes were delicious. I go for the pancakes so their recent burger push didn't interest me. The waitress was attentive and kept me well supplied with ice tea. As always I had to ask for the strawberry syrup but it was promptly delivered

Usually responsive service. Food is also usually decent. I didn't care for the banana pancakes alot but it was true to its name.Chicken and waffles are good can't go wrong ther, always love the crapes but there not the same anymore not that there bad just not so much a painting on a plate now I believe they fold the crapes to save time.

Over 10 minutes to get drinks after ordered, manager least think it was more interested in training someone than seeing his customers waited on. Guess if only one open customer service is optional. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

The wait staff is friendly and welcoming. The environment is a lot like the feel of a Cheers where as a regular the staff are excited to see you.

Traditional breakfast food. This location is clean and the staff is friendly but don't come thinking this will be a quick inexpensive visit. It takes at least a half hour for your order to be filled. If you come with kids make sure they are not starving and bring something for them do to while you wait for your food to come. Also, come prepared to spend $50 on breakfast food. Portions are reasonably sized, and food is good.

I'm in love with their pancakes! That taste like I'm in a dream! A good choice

The crepes were good but it shouldn't take 70 minutes to enjoy the food.

Hard to get in if you have a wheelchair, walker or stroller. I have allergies and they messed up my order, in spite of it being super slow. Fortunately I myself am not dealing with anything deadly but being debilitated at all from food you bought wouldn't be ideal either. The servers were really nice though and the manager seemed really on top of things.

Amazing food and service! The manager was so genuine and kind. She was very tentative and even gave us a compliment for coming there! We will definitely come back for the great people and the delicious pancakes!

Always a wonderful staff with delicious food!

Good food, great service. I look forward to coming back for some chicken and waffles.
