IHOP

We came when the remodel was done and it was a great experience! We were sat quickly and orders taken drinks came out quick. My coffee cup and our drinks were never empty and I had my own coffee carafe it was great! Our waitress was very attentive always checking to make sure we were good and if we needed anything. The food came out and was delicious no complaints! Definitely love coming here for breakfast cause of the great atmosphere and service, it is why we keep coming back!

I asked for my eggs scrambled medium & they were hard! Normally, the order is cooked correct!

Things are just extremely overpriced to me here. the last time I came I ordered an order of hash browns with some sausage gravy and I paid over $6! Will not be ordering from here again.

Sorry don't have any photos it's my granddaughter's birthday, so we went out to eat there that's where she wanted to go. The food was good, it was hot the server was very nice and polite. Hello this is in Sanford Florida on I think 17-92

It was very clean, cooked fresh, and great staff when I was there. It was my first time at an IHOP and I enjoyed it.

One of my favorite places to take the kids for a good cheap meal. The food is always consistently good and the staff is friendly. Kids eat free every night from 4pm to 10pm.

Very fast service for a Friday morning. The presentation was picture perfect. This place is kept cool but not unbearable

I actually really like IHOP. I find it extremely affordable and they still have pretty good food for the price. The resturaunt is very clean and the food is actually really good. It's also open extremely late, which definitely helps. Their breakfast options are really good, but it would do well for lunch or dinner if your on a tight budget as well. I would reccomend better places, but this is not a bad place to eat at.

Been here a couple times. Glad to say even after a false start on super-busy pancake day everyone was nice and apologetic. I came back to do take out for our school tech crew a few days later and again - great job.
