They seated and served me in a reasonably timely manner even though they were understaffed for the unexpected late night rush. And the waitress was still professional even though some customers were rude. That means a lot.

Typical Ihop, it can get busy and you might have to remind your server a few times about the extra butter. But good food and management.

Very accommodating with large group but some of our party did not receive their food for over an hour. Some of our party got food quickly while the other part of our group had to gobble their food down. Our large group was seated together in one area.

A bit greasy, but still good. Two eggs over easy, and there was enough grease left on the plate to cook several more. Pancakes were excellent. Seemed to be a clean restaurant. Service was great! It was a little more expensive than I expected, but overall, it was a good experience.

Great pancakes!!!! Decent eggs, ham bacon, sausage, hash browns and coffee. Service was ok and it seemed as if the restaurant was under-staffed.

My waitress was great! But I feel super bad for her because she was literally the only waitress there. She was waiting tables cleaning tables and checking people out and seating people.

The kids eat free option is back and I love it. Mainly because my children love this place. The service, however on Apalachee is always really slow. I mean really slow. They are never properly staffed for the crowd size. On more than one occasion there has only been one server on a Saturday night to accommodate the entire restaurant. That leaves the patrons waiting a really long time for service.

Restaurant was clean but severely understaffed. The lone waitress did what she could with some extra help busing tables. I did not mind having the others help however management should never leave a restaurant this badly understaffed during the late evening. Despite the slow service, the food was hot and well prepared.
