super nice service! loved the food.

Cant give them a -1 star since we where ignore by there staff and no one came to see us spent 30 min. Not event realizing we where gone, I dont recommend coming to this place....5 min. Took me to go to texas road house and less the 10 min. We where seat and drinks and bread where in our table, thank you Texas road house

Sat by the register for 25 minutes in Green Bay, Wi only to be told that it was gonna be an additional 20 minutes so they could wash tables, and they only had 2 servers on. Why on an event night? 4 people waiting to pay for their meals, 15 people behind me waiting to be seated. While the one half of the dining room was empty. Unreal, bad business.

Have always had great service at this place, I love their food and customer satisfaction is overall great.

The waitress was great and most of the food was good. We had a group of 5, 2 kids and 1 adult got their food right away while the 3rd had to wait about 10/15 minutes for hers as well as my own. I understand we had a larger order but was just disappointed in more ways then one, including the litteral fecal matter on the floor in the woman's bathroom and right on the first waiting bench you see when you enter the building.

Slow getting food was fallen a sleep but its delicious and the wife loves it so happy wife happy life

Food was very good, service very friendly. Menus were very sticky.

Not sure we will ever go back to this location ever again. After waiting over an hour for our food(party of 5), all of the food came out cold...and now they informed us that the endless pancakes had already ended( even though there was a sign posted by the check in) Not impressed. The location was dirty , menus, booth, floor all sticky. Not worth the money.

It is your typical IHOP. Sometimes the wait can be long, but the food is always good. Hey they're human. They're not perfect. Please don't gripe if one thing made your experience less than perfect. I don't understand people giving two stars after one bad experience. Remember all of the good experiences that you've had there? Like every other restaurant they goof up occasionally, but overall, in the long run every IHOP that I've ever been to is just great. From personal experience I can tell you that the restaurant business is one of the toughest businesses that you can possibly be a part of. Please be gracious. Every staff member in every restaurant works hard. Sometimes they work for $4 / hour plus tips. If you're server gives you good service and the food is less than perfect, remember they didn't cook it. Tip them for their SERVICE.

This I hop here is ok not the best not the worst but it's a pretty decent place just wish if u ordered a omelet they would add more stuff about 95 percent just eggs and there pretty pricey 2

My wife and went for breakfast on the morning of 9/7. Got seated and sat there for 12 min without any acknowledgment what so ever. Managers and waitresses walk by and nothing. We decided to leave and eat elsewhere and upon leaving almost all of the employees were hanging out by the front doors. I stated to them how long we've been waiting and we are taking our business elsewhere. With all of these restaurants around this type of service is unacceptable.

Breakfast is best time to go. Any other time service and food are subpar.

We went on Friday December 20th around 7 pm. As soon as we walked in a hostess or possibly a manager? was talking to a friend that they had 2 servers and a cook walk out in the middle of the dinner rush. It looked like they only had one server, so we were expecting to have a bad experience. Our server ended up being amazing, she was obviously busy but made sure each table knew how long the food would take and you could tell she actually cared about each customer that came in. The cooks were busting their butts off in the kitchen from being short staffed. The food was great, my daughter's fries weren't hot but we cool them off anyway so it was fine. Thanks for letting our day trip to GB end great!

I can understand being busy and waiting to be seated but me and my wife waited fo a table for 5min then a family of 4 walk in and got seated right away the host was oblivious to us. Won’t go back for a good while train your people better he should have told us that he knew we where still waiting and if he forgot about us then he shouldn’t be working in food service.
