Very impressed with the open floor plan with a fire place in the middle. We ordered French Toast. One Strawberry topped and the other plain. Just as expected...delicious!

The waitress got my order wrong because she was new. The food was ok but, not that hot. No butter for the pancakes for my son. The waitress did try though and was very nice. My son enjoyed his food.

The wait staff was super friendly and courteous! Definitely the best IHOP I've been to thus far. Food came out quickly, I just wish it was a bit more warm - seemed like it had sat there for a bit.

We went at an odd time: too late for lunch, too early for dinner. Quiet atmosphere was just what we needed. Server was great when we first arrived, then fell off a bit. Keep your energy high, folks. It will serve you better...
