They skimpy on the meat and a constant, "and what else and what else and what else...

I love a good smorgasbord, and this place gives a ton of sides, condiments, and variety. Delicious red pepper hummus for which I'd go exclusively. One of my favorite small chain restaurants. Love that meat eaters, vegans, and gluten free friends alike can come together and all have a delicious meal.

Horrible customer service, doesn’t explain what the items are. Only customers in the restaurant and service took 10 min. Items not fresh, portions extremely small, nickel and dime you to death with extras that aren’t even considered extras at nuff nuff!

Loved the falafel. AMAZING! Fresh and delicious ingredients! Definitely would recommend it to my friends and family. You get to choose pita, wrap, bowl, or plate. Then choose your protein, toppings, then dips or dressings and hummus. Everything was fresh made to order. Yummy. Highly recommend it.

Health option, quick, friendly service, fairly clean, fresh veggies. Priced a bit more than other places but it's the city so about right. Down side, they didn't cook the pita bread. The meat was not cut off the spit rotisserie, it was pre-cut earlier and came our of a warmer drawer, not the same!

Food was fresh and prices were reasonable.. only thing didn't like the chicken shawarma, but the Kefta and Gyro both are so good

Excellent falafels and better than the ones at Naf Naf. The service was exceptional. Very courteous caring and helpful staff. They were very patiently explaining the options despite the crowd and in such a place this trait is almost never there. The only thing I feel that can be bettered are the sauses/salsa they have. NAF NAF ones are. Much better and perhaps the only reason to choose naf naf over this. I had a vegetarian bowl and costed about 11$ all inclusive.

The best part about this place is that they fry the falafel with your order, so it is fresh and crispy. I order hummus plate over a pita pocket since for 2 extra dollars you get much more quantity and control over the toppings. You can mix up the toppings and you will get an even taste, unlike a pita pocket.

It was ok C+ falafel slow service- too slow for what they do pick up the pace.

Quick food, its middle eastern/ Mediterranean style, similar to chipotle or panda express in the way you choose what you want but quality wise its better than those. There is many different combos that can be done. Price wise its good.

Had the falafel sandwich and how good it was. Bummer that they don’t serve halal and only if they did, bet their sales would be much higher.

Always great tasting falafel imo

Placed an order online. Arrived fifteen minutes later when it was supposed to be ready. The place was completely empty and they had not started preparing my order yet. The falafel was fried which is fine, however it tasted greasy. The "bread" they use for the wrap is a plain wrap so I'm not sure why they try to play it off like it's something special. Also, it was $11.50 for a medium sized wrap. It was edible, but I was disappointed and won't be back.

This is my go-to place for a quick vegan mean. Not too expensive and usually not as crowded. Your order gets made in about 5-10 mins.
