Ida Thai Cuisine

A nice casual atmosphere with inside and outside seating. The food is reasonably good and the service is fast and friendly. The prices were about what you would expect on a resort island.

Yum, yum, yum! The food was SO good. The prices were reasonable and the service was on point. Overheard the server talking with another table about modifying orders for a vegetarian diet. She was very accommodating.

My husband and I just came for a quick weekend getaway and aren't familiar with the local cuisine. We decided to trust all the other good reviews, glad we did! Amazing flavor and spices!

The best part is the location and the service!! Decor is also enjoyable. The food was good. What was really cool was that the waitress took time to teach us some of her language!! Even wrote it down 😀

Having Celiac Disease I was a little nervous ordering over the phone and doing take-out for my first order (with any restaurant not just this one) but it ended up being an excellent experience. The food was delicious!, there were plenty of options and my order was even marked for my dietary restriction on the receipt so I felt confident they took it seriously. Ida's handed the COVID restrictions well and was still able to offer a quality meal experience in reasonable time. I look forward to trying this place and their delicious Thai food again when it is possible to actually dine in.

The food was Incredible! The waitress we had was super sweet and friendly. My husband and I always get a little nervous going out to eat because we are vegan and a lot of food places can't always accommodate. We started placing our order and as soon as we said "without egg" the waitress said "are you guys vegan?" to which we responded "yes!" She instantly told us she knew exactly what to do with confidence. We were overjoyed someone knew what vegan was and how to make some minor adjustments to the dishes we wanted to accommodate. We both ordered the Thai Spicy Basil with tofu and veggies, and a fried rice with veggies to share. All of the food was fresh and delicious and we ate it with no worries. Our experience with the waitress definitely locked in our loyalty at this place. Whenever we go to the beach we will 100% be back for more amazing food and customer service!

Came in and had their iced coffee and ordered fried rice with "Thai spice" as the degree of spiciness. I enjoyed it, as it was VERY spicy but was still flavorful and cooked with nice vegetables. Their appetizer tray came out with wonderful presentation. Nothing more to say than a good place to eat!

food is so yum! I ordered the green curry with tofu and it was fabulous. we also enjoyed their thai tea and spring rolls. prices were pretty cheap for quality of food

This is the BEST Thai food that I’ve had anywhere in North Carolina. Everything is fresh and done well. The staff are friendly and offer great recommendations for those unfamiliar with Thai food. I highly recommend the pineapple fried rice and the Tom yum soup. The restaurant is small but there is outside seating too. I love, love, love this place so add it to your list of restaurants to visit in CB!

Man this place is good! I’m a Carolina Beach local and I come here 3 times a week. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Get you some Curry!!!!

Excellent Gluten-free dishes. Everything that isn't fried can be made GF, which is a lot of options. We had the Ginger Paradise Chicken and Blue Crab Fried Rice. I died. I never get to eat safe fried rice, let alone with crab. The service is excellent, as well.

Food was delicious, service was great, and it was a nice change to have calamari as an option instead of the standard choices with my Paradise Ginger. Having the rice presented in the shape of a heart was a nice touch.

Food was excellent. Met a first date here and it was perfect for that. Has outside seating👍

I order a 15.95 pineapple fried rice that claimed to have shrimp and chicken, but there was very little of either. Three shrimp for $16 seems like an astronomical mark up for basic ingredients. There was also very little chicken and cut incredibly thin. Maybe include the shrimp count on the menu, but I'm sure if they did no one in there right mind would buy it. The food was tasty otherwise I would have only given one star for their shady business practices...
