Delicious food! Reusable chop sticks! Decent prices too. The pork buns are a must try. Zero complaints.I’m changing my 5 star review based on my experience tonight 3/5 I believe. We were greeted in a very unfriendly manner, then were rushed out of the place without ever being asked if we wanted anything else... just handed the bill. Rolling your eyes and being hostile isn’t good for repeat service. We would have been frequent customers... now we feel so uncomfortable we don’t know when we’ll be back.

Definitely need some work. The noodles are fine but that's because it's not made in-house. The toppings is pretty basic and majority of it is still cold. The pork belly supposed to be the highlight but lacked so much flavor! The soup base is so salty and bland.

I love here’s ramen and the waiters have a great attitude. It's the best ramen I've ever had.

Enjoyed the spicy ramen, nota bad deal for the price and the beer is cheap during happy hour. Will definitely come back again to try some of the other varieties.

We were really impressed with Ichiddo. We had a couple of appetizers and split a Char Siu ramen. It was plenty of food and everything was great. We will definitely be coming back!

Needed a warm up and needed some noodles. Oh and they have an amazing happy hour deals apparently.Walking in I discovered the place to be literally dead before a server emerged from the far back. Ordered the takoyaki, Char Siu Pork Bun and the kimchi ramen add extra black fungus.Char siu: I could come in and just gorge on these savory, pillows of deliciousness morsels of pork heaven.Takoyaki: it's been a while since I've actually had one... So with that being said, I don't remember them being so soft and almost runny? It still counts like as a solid in chemistry terms, but barely. Felt my past ones were cooked more and had a little more octopus.Ramen: was exactly what I needed and expected. Good? Bad? Would care for a harder fermented kimchi. I did internally complain when I saw the amount of black fungus but after a while I thought, it was only a dollar.Would go back but only on happy hour times.

Friendly staff and excellent char siu ramen as always. However I was disappointed that our takoyaki had no octopus in it! Just fried batter balls.

Nice, relaxed atmosphere. The service was prompt and friendly, and the price was right. The veggie ramen was heavy on the miso, which i like. The tempura tofu was great, the mini egg rolls were great.. It was all, like, great.Mos def be back.

Some amazing food, service, and culture :) glad to have this unique corner shop of Japan, right here in highland park. I suggest tea with the ramen.
