Proper waffle cones, interesting flavors, real delicious proper ice-cream, generous portions, super friendly service. Perfection. A must visit place!

Pricey but pretty good ice cream. I come here when I'm in the mood for something besides the usual ice cream flavors. Constantly changing flavors, with a few staples.

Great tasting ice cream and a great team of folks behind the counter having fun will bring a smile to your face. Thoroughly enjoyed both the warm cookie and the amazing ice cream!

This is probably the best ice cream you could get in D.C. I had a great experience both in terms of receiving the ice cream and in eating it myself. The customer service was good and had efficiently given me my ice cream with no trouble, and were overall pleasant people. The atmosphere was light and most people joked and had fun with others. The ice cream itself while a bit pricey, still tastes delightful with a variety of flavors to choose from as well. It’s once again a great ice cream place and one that’s definitely worth going to if you’re visiting this area.

There's a line here for a very good reason...INCREDIBLE ICE CREAM! So don't let the line discourage you. It moves fast...and the ice cream is worth the wait. Great - and unique - flavors. I got Banana Bourbon Carmel...and, wow! Incredible! Generous scoops, Sundae options available, and fantastic cones. You deserve to visit Jubilee!

Great staff that let me try as many flavors as I wanted. The prices are a little steep but that's expected in a local, artisan ice cream shop. The flavors are great - I highly recommend the apple butter oatmeal cookie in the winter time. Chunks of oatmeal cookie with a deep apple flavor... oh man. Heaven! All the flavors I tried were really good. Only downside is that there is no customer restroom.

Yummy ice cream - love the banana bourbon caramel. Flavors are a bit unusual and there is less selection than at some places. Lines are usually long but usually moves quickly.

Quirky, unusual flavors. None of the combos quite hit the mark for me; usually one flavor note was just too prominent. The sorbet was fine, but I wished the ice cream was creamier.

Not your ordinary ice cream place. They had a Minty chocolate chip that was made with real mint.You could taste it. Then there are some ice creams made with whiskey and bourbon. It was great and right next to it is a "yard" with turf to sit and hang out.

Holy #&_@ that was good ice cream! For real. Flavors are creative and not (only) your standard fare. Worth stopping in.
