You're wrong. Ibuki ramen does not use oil. That is collagen.

Ibuki ramen recommended by the shop, light tonkotsu soy sauce soup, and the amount of oil enough to form a layer on the surface is regional and characteristic. The noodles are finely hardened (low mochi feeling).For those who come from other places, you will feel a sense of security in the tasteful Showa atmosphere and the appearance of your mother.

The noodles look like Kushiro ramen. The soy sauce ramen looks like a light soup, but the oil is solid and it is almost like a northern atmosphere. Is delicious.
