Ibex Ethiopian Kitchen

This place was great! Any questions that we had about the food was answered and our server helped us out on beer selection as well. 3 of us split a vegetarian and a non vegetarian sampler. This was enough food for about 4 or 5 people. Timtim (I think that is what it was) was such a new way of presenting some traditional flavors that I am excited about trying to implement teff into my menus! Great experience overall. Next time I'll definitely have to go in the club next door, it looked like a party at 7pm on a Sunday!

I recommend everyone to try this restaurant. There are few good ethnic restaurants in Jacksonville and this one is one of them. If you never experienced Ethiopian food, try it. It's beyond delicious.

The food is so good. Flavors are unique and bread is delicate. Perfectly cooked and presented. I got the vegan platter.
