So we ordered two pizzas at 5:30 on a Wednesday night. After I completed the order it said Delivery 120 minutes. First this should be clearly shared BEFORE the order is completed as I would have chosen pick-up. Second, when you call the Garver Mill number it goes to voicemail and asks you to leave a message which then the phone promptly disconnects. It is now 140 minutes since my order and my children are beyond hungry. Will think 3x before I order from Ian's.

Ian's Pizza is great, and I like this location a lot. The building is neat, it's easy to get to on the east side, and the employees do a nice job. It isn't anything fancy, but it's a nice casual place to meet friends. I've been here a couple times now, and I'll keep going.

Classic Ian's pizza in a great venue. Get unique pizza flavors by the slice or a whole pie. Plenty of outdoor seating available. Pairing with Calliope ice cream (built into the same counters) for dessert is a must!

Love the pizza and toppings, they have the best! Parking stalls are not well distributed and for those who might prefer not to walk or can't do so, most likely will have to walk to get to the entrance, the back entrance has stairs, make sure to go to the main one if steps are an issue for you. The building is very nice and open.

We recently held an event for roughly 50 people. The decision to supply Ian's pizza was an obvious one!Staci was very kind and efficient in arranging so our order would be what we wanted and was an excellent facilitator. I appreciate the level of communication. The day of the event, Shawn was right on time and very pleasant to work with.I highly recommend this pizza and location.

Ordered pizza at 4:55pm on 4/8/2020. It never came. They didn't answer the phone. Talked to someone at State Street location at 8:05 to try to figure out the what the problem was. They couldn't reach anyone at the Garver location either. Won't try Ian's again without a good explanation as to what happened.

Ian's pizza by the slice is very good. Visited the new location in the Garver complex. Pizza's have eclectic toppings and flavors. Blue cheese and buffalo chicken is what I had today. Staff is always friendly and service is great. New location is inviting and wide open.

LOVE this location. SUPER family and kiddo friendly. The bags of toys (that get run through the commercial dishwasher!!!) make the short wait disappear for my kids and I got to enjoy a glass of wine. This is a total family win. AND ice-cream for dessert. Can't say enough!

They have good salad options in addition to pizza. Lots of interesting combinations on their pizzas and good vegetarian options. Didn’t get ice cream but was tempted. The space is lovely but very large and loud. Not complaining just something to be aware of. Very kid-friendly, there is lots of empty space for them to run around.

Sheltering in place? Ian's to the rescue! Two giant pies and a couple of salads did it for us. Of course, we opted for the Mac & Cheese--so satisfying. We also ordered a SHMO, which was good but a bit less chunky than I was expecting. Our 2 Caesar salads were delicious...love those farm fresh sliced eggs on top! All in all, a great meal with plenty of leftovers.

I like the sort of upscale industrial atmosphere. They get through lines pretty fast. Kind of an abnormal ordering process (you order and pay on one side then have to go around to pick up your food). The people are nice most of the time. There's one short guy in particular who is always rude to people but other than that the experience is great, food is good although inconsistent. Nice for a quick slice thats pretty cheap

Staff there still thinks it’s downtown at a busy time andtry to rush you through even when it’s not busy. Gather is a different vibe than other places and not sure a pizza place to be honest even fits here. Regardless, the pizza I had didn’t seem particularly fresh that day (mac n cheese slice) although it was hot enough....

Ian's pizza is always a good time. The garver mill location is a newer shop. The parking situation is rough, as the lot can become full very quick. However, there is street parking nearby.A specialty slice goes for about 4.50 and a can of your favorite beverage is a 1.00.

Questions & Answers

At Garver it sold by the slice, but I would be surprised if they didn't do half and half for delivery.

No, at least not yet. Depending where you live, you might be able to get delivery from the downtown location or through eatstreet.com.

Relatively quiet and there's a huge amount of space. Of course the pizzas and salads are fantastic.

Please give us a call at 608.257.9248 and we'll be sure to check our lost and found. Our marketing and PR team doesn't have access to the lost and found, so the only way to find out is contacting the restaurant directly.

Hey Charlene! There is, but you wouldn't go through us to reserve that area. You'll want to contact Garver Feed Mill directly. You can visit http://www.garverfeedmill.com/contactus/ for more information. Thanks! -Ian's Pizza Garver Crew

Hey Curt! We're hoping to open for lunch in the very near future. We're working through a few staffing and scheduling things right now. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as we're open for lunch! Thanks! -Ian's Pizza Garver Crew
