Hy-Vee

Went in there with food from another Hy-Vee. I was pushing a stroller...so I forgot I had two juices and milk on the stroller! Not to mention I had a car seat on top...I was told to return because I was try to steal the juice and milk. But I had stopped and was going through my receipt and noticed it wasn't on there so as I turned around to head back in the store two managers bum rushed me and demanded me to tell them I was trying to steal those items when I had pulled them out when I turned around! So now I'm banned from that Hy-Vee for saying I wasn't stealing. I paid for the rest of the items and double paid for my bacon and sausage!

This is a "dairy" excellent place to shop. In particular, the customer service in the dairy section was absolutely incredible, especially the worker that helped me, a very helpful young woman named Esther. If I could give her ten stars I would, but instead I guess I'll settle for giving Hyvee five.

Nice place to shop. 50/50 on the staff - some are neither friendly, nor helpful. Also insist on bagging your own groceries...otherwise 9/10 you’ll be ticked off when you get home.
